1. Agreement
By accessing BeFounders.Club you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services
We provide founder assessment tools (VentureID, FounderID), club community access, educational content, and related infrastructure. Features may change during beta and the 1000 Founder Challenge programme.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Membership may be subject to club capacity and approval.
4. Assessment disclaimer
Founder Readiness Scores and cohort insights are educational tools, not investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of funding or business success.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, scrape data without permission, harass members, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Platform content, methodology, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You retain ownership of your venture data but grant us a licence to process it to deliver services and anonymised cohort analytics.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeFounders.Club is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
